Last Friday was Grandparents Day at our elementary school. I've never thought much about Grandparents Day activities since it's never been an option for my kids to take anyone. But for the first time my boys actually got to participate -- with their own Grandma. Sweet Lori drove up for the day to spend a little time at school with her grandsons. It works out nicely that she has four grandkids at the same school!
She drove right to the school and was able to spend some one on one with Dillon in 3rd grade. She stuck around to eat lunch with him too. So fun! Then onto Kindergarten.
Wes and his twin cousins are all in the same class, but the Tuckers had their other grandparents there, so Wesley got Grandma Lori all to himself. I lucked out that it was my day to volunteer in the classroom anyway, so I was able to witness all the fun.
They made a pretty cool Leprechaun trap.
They also had snack and game time.
We stopped at the book fair too. Pretty fun to have three grandsons in the same class!
The kids had so much fun performing for their grandparents!
